Sustrans is responsible for delivering the concept design for the Tilly-Wood Street Design project by leading on the co-design process with funding from Transport Scotland.

Aberdeen City Council is a local authority established under the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994. Aberdeen City Council will work in partnership with Sustrans to support the concept design before developing the proposals in more detail and delivering the project.
